Swish Sports Court Builder

App privacy notice

Effective 14 September 2026

Swish Sports Court Builder is operated by SIA “Swish”, Latvian registration number 40203501541. SIA Swish is responsible for the personal data processed by this app. The verified individual publisher, Einārs Olekšs, publishes the app on behalf of SIA Swish. Contact us at info@swishcourt.com or through our contact page.

What the app receives

When ChatGPT invokes the app, we receive the information supplied to that tool: court dimensions, sports and markings, colors, equipment and flooring choices, layout settings, text, uploaded logos and fonts, filenames and related file metadata. The app also receives design identifiers and revision information needed to retrieve or edit a saved design. A saved design can include earlier edits, artwork, text and preview settings so that it can be restored correctly.

We do not receive your whole ChatGPT conversation automatically. Information that you put into a design or that ChatGPT includes in a tool request is sent to the app. Avoid including confidential information, personal documents or artwork you are not entitled to use. No Swish account, payment card or identity document is required to create a design.

Hosting services process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times and errors. The app uses short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers to limit abuse.

Why we use this information

We use your inputs to create, save, edit, render and export your court, display previews in ChatGPT, and provide links to continue designing in Swish Court Builder. We also use limited technical information to protect the service, investigate failures and respond to support requests. We process requested design services to provide the service you ask for, and security and support information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service. We do not sell app design data or use it for advertising profiles.

Where information is processed

Vercel hosts the app, rendering workers and exported files. Neon stores saved design records. These service providers process information on our behalf; our database is hosted in the United States. OpenAI handles your ChatGPT conversation and app connection under its own privacy terms and receives the tool results needed to show your design. When you provide a public file URL, its host receives a download request from our service. Older preview versions and the separate Swish website can also use Cloudinary to host shared artwork and design manifests.

Processing may take place outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider data-processing terms and international-transfer safeguards apply. You can contact us for information about the safeguards used for your data.

Design links and public files

Preview images, artwork prepared for sharing, and downloadable exports use unlisted public URLs. Anyone who obtains one of these URLs can access that file. An editing link can reveal the design and its included artwork. Treat those links as shareable content, not private storage. The app uses a separate random design handle to authorize retrieval and editing; do not publish that handle.

Files you download or share with other people can remain in their possession after we delete our copy. Opening a design on swishcourt.com or placing an order is also subject to the store privacy policy and store terms. The ChatGPT app itself does not place orders or collect payment details.

Retention

Automatic file cleanup processes files in batches. A shared file may therefore remain available while cleanup finishes. Removing a logo or text object from the current canvas does not necessarily erase it from earlier design history or exports. Disconnecting the app in ChatGPT does not delete existing saved designs or files.

Your choices and requests

You can change your design through the app or its editing link, download available exports, and disconnect the app in ChatGPT. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal data, email info@swishcourt.com with “Court Builder privacy request” and enough information to identify the design. We may ask you to demonstrate control of the design; do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically needed and agreed. We will explain any records we must keep for legal reasons. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate.

This notice applies to the Swish Sports Court Builder ChatGPT app. OpenAI’s handling of ChatGPT information is described in OpenAI’s privacy policy. Material changes to our practices will be reflected here with a new effective date.
